I found the location convenient. It is right across from the train station. This made it easy to travel around the area and to access other parts of the city. The staff were helpful and check-in was smooth.
The lighting in the room was too bright. There were only two options, bright or off. It was hard to relax without softer lighting options.

a dream near the station
easy explorationlight travelslovely surprise
The hotel is steps away from the main train station. This made exploring so easy. i could leave my suitcase after checking out and continue my travels light as a feather. i even got to check into my room early, around noon, it was like such a lovely surprise!!!
the bathroom had a slight scent sometimes.

Free lockers are available in the lobby. This was such a relief. i felt very secure leaving my things there, allowing me to roam around unburdened and with absolute peace of mind.

The staff members were friendly and spoke english very well. This was especially helpful. they always seemed ready to assist and answered all my questions with patience and kindness, always going that extra mile for me.

The breakfast buffet had a good spread and i could take my food back to my room. This was a lovely touch. the variety available was excellent and it was so nice to start the day with a quiet meal in my own space.
